Mercedes 190SL year 1961
Matching engine type 928 (60-63) which was an improvement on the previous 921 engine (55-60)
Chassis, body and engine numbers visible on vehicle (see photos).
Restored between 1990-1993 by Diego Gutierrez Fernandez, numbered restoration plate on engine bay. Reputed Spanish restorer specialised in Mercedes who had a workshop for more than 40 years. Complete restoration of bodywork, mechanics and electrics. The intake system was changed from two carburettors to a single one, solving the well-known problem of carburettor misalignment of this model.
Spectacular interior respecting all the original details with its Becker Europa radio.
Same owner since 1990 who ordered its restoration and since 1993 has covered less than 20,000 miles with the car.
Hardtop was also restored and will be delivered with the car.
The car is delivered completely overhauled. Wheels from the year 2021 and as new.
